It’s a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere . The staff is friendly and professional. They show lots of care throughout the process, from the minute you walk in, until the moment you leave. Tara was knowledgeable and reassuring and Jill made sure that I was ok before I left. Though a long trip for me, it was worth it.
10-04-2025: Poor service. I was ignored in the waiting area for over an hour. This I can forgive because quite a few people were there but the phlebotomists were also creating a disruptive atmosphere (a person who I assume is an old friend walked in and they were all making a ruckus over it… For at least 10-15 minutes straight). Nice staff
I try to do double reds every few months plus I get bombarded with phone calls to do it. I took my BP before I left and it was 118/78. When I got there the tech Matt said it was 190/110. Impossible. Had it rechecked and they said 198/104. I left, came home and took a ton of readings. Even went and did 4 sets of bench press to see if I could get it close to what Matt said. Nope. Called my doc and he said they have no idea what they’re doing there. Never had a bad reading from the Red Cross.
