Today I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a beauty supply store. I purchased a few items and I tried to buy two nose rings, but the man that checked me out charge me for three and he did not put the nose rings in the bag. I called over the phone when I realized that I did not have them and the woman said OK when I explained what had transpired. She was very rude, and she tried to argue me down about the nose rings.
