Today I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a beauty supply store. I purchased a few items and I tried to buy two nose rings, but the man that checked me out charge me for three and he did not put the nose rings in the bag. I called over the phone when I realized that I did not have them and the woman said OK when I explained what had transpired. She was very rude, and she tried to argue me down about the nose rings. Terrible! Owner is racist and rude. Her store is small stuffy and sticks. There is water damage all over the ceiling. Didnt want a y hair from there! I will go to any beauty store but this one!
