Carlos Montana, saved me for my wedding. He gave me such a clean fade and everything I asked for including the photos I showed him. I’ve never been happier with a haircut. He even did my beard without charging me for it.
I just got the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life! Asked for a fade and to go easy taking anything off the top because I need all the help I can get up there. What I received was basically a buzz cut up the side all the way to the part. Also the tiny portion that has been somewhat faded right at the top and looks like dog shit. The back looks super lazy as well. No joke, I gave myself a better fade during Covid. MJ is the absolute best. We also adored Mehdi who I think is at the Marine location now. They always did an incredible job and never cut corners just because he’s a kid. They are both incredibly talented at working with African American hair. They spend so much time making sure it’s just right and he never leaves their chairs with any knicks or cuts. We’ve had a couple not so great experiences with other barbers here, but as long as we stick with MJ or Mehdi, it’s an absolutely perfect haircut every time. They are both also ... read more
