I can’t recommend New York Auto Repair enough. For years, I took my 2018 CX-5 to multiple shops and even dealerships, all of which insisted everything was fine despite clear signs something was wrong. I ended up driving nearly 80,000 miles in limp mode because no one took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Eventually, the underlying problem that had been ignored for so long caused the cylinder head to crack, making the car completely undrivable. I had another great experience at New York Auto Repair. The team was professional, honest, and efficient—everything you want. I came in for new brakes and rotors, and they got the job done quickly without cutting corners. They took the time to explain what was needed! My car feels brand new again. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back here and recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again for the great service!
Best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Tommy and the team are flexible, reliable and just awesome people. Aside from the superb auto work, the team is warm and friendly and I always have some good conversations while waiting there. Couldn’t recommend more!
