From start to finish, my experience was superb. Dr. Rael is caring, super-thorough and clearly committed to solving problems. Karen, at the front desk, was the utmost professional and incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me with billing issues. And Greg couldn't have been more proactive and wonderful in navigating the Medicare labyrinth. This is the kind of doctor's office that used to exist--real people, not bots; personal attention; kindness; and commitment to care. I wish all medical practices were like this.
