The staff is courteous and professional. Daniella and Dr. Rael were extremely thorough in exploring medical issues and symptom history and explaining their approach to finding a solution. It is evident that these people have a passion for this science.
I have been to many allergist over the years, but Dr. Rael is the most thorough I’ve ever been to. He spent time explaining things, as well provided visuals to ensure I had an understanding. I could tell he truly wanted to help, and never once made the appointment feel rushed. Daniella, the nurse, was also very nice and helpful. I look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Rael!
I had a terrible experience here. After the doctor asked the assistant to give me my diagnosis, he then spent a majority of the appointment talking to the assistant vs. talking to me. After giving the diagnosis, there was no explanation on what it meant until I asked a LOT of follow up questions. I did not find out how severe my diagnosis is, just that I have a new issue.
