I came to allergy experts for my cat allergy. I saw Dr. Plager on the first time for allergy testing and consult, and Christina (the head nurse for allergy shots) on the second time, and I left the office texting my friend “I LOVE SEEING DOCTORS!” Dr. Plager was so nice and fun to work with. She explained the allergy treatment options to me, jotting down the options on a piece of paper (in bullet points!!) while explaining them to me, and I always have the notes to reference at home. Yesterday I went to see Dr. Lighvani for allergy testing. I have multiple issues that have been plaguing me for years and never found relief. Right from the beginning, I was extremely impressed. The office was beautiful and clean, and Karen at the front desk was extremely professional and welcoming. I was greeted and helped right away and was called to be seen very quickly. I had the benefit of being able to see Dr. Rael here, and I am still blown away with how extremely intelligent, interactive, and compassionate he is. I am going through a challenging case, and I felt like I was previously just being passed from one doctor to the next because they couldn't figure it out. Everyone here is amazing, from the medical staff to the office staff, to the finance department. I spoke with Greg Knight from the billing department last week and he completely assuaged my concerns and made me feel as though my health truly matters to the practice. I can't thank him enough!
