They got the original time wrong, then promised to ring back to organise another time in the following days. Didn’t hear back.
I had Darren come out to quote and he was on time. His turn around on the quote was also quick. He was responsive even though it took me several weeks to decide. I asked for more samples of the artificial turf and he delivered quickly. From the time I paid the deposit to installation, it took about 3 weeks which was pretty quick I'd thought.
