Shady from the start, having the same/similar company name as a very reputable title company, New World Title & Escrow. Dealt with them for a closing recently where I represented the Seller. They made two mistakes on the settlement statement that netted my seller just under $10K less than the one she signed. Very disappointing work with them.They had buyer and seller signed all documents with out the funds being secure.just wasting your time.
