We had a slide on our RV get stuck and couldn’t retract it. After calling around with no luck, New World RV was the only company that actually answered the phone on a Sunday. True to their word, they came out Monday. They quickly diagnosed the issue, tracked down the exact part we needed, and even drove about 20 miles each way to pick it up. Best company ever. Called on Sunday and on monday my entire unit was replace and you can hang meat in my rv. I will use them again and again

Excellent experience! We had a complicated problem with our furnace and stove and they figured it out and fixed it. They are kind, knowledgeable, professional and fair. This is the second time we have used them. We highly recommend!
