Great guys, very knowledgeable, and professional. Replaced my main AC unit and added a second custom unit to the bedroom with its own power source to the 120V/20A plug on the power pole. No added strain to my 30A system and they even tied into my duct work. Friendly, fast, fair, and they come to you! I will always use New World for any of my RV service needs.
I have never used any RV service except New World RV Service. I called them out to check my roof and seal it...but best of all I got 2 brand new GE AC's and my RV now stays cold in Southeat Texas. I absolutely cannot believe the difference they have made. My air-conditionters now cycle on and off. Best service and purchase ever. Professional service and highly knowledgeable.
Great guy, fixed my AC problem over the phone. AC wouldn't run, breaker wouldn't reset. Walked me through it over the phone. Had burnt wires in AC control panel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Trip saved, Thank you! 1st Class
These guys were great. I have a 30 amp RV Motorhome with single unit and with the heat was not staying cool in this southeast texas heat. I had them come out to look at doing a custom install of a second unit to power separately because I thought that's what I needed. After they arrived, they told me they would do whatever I wanted but highly suggested changing my existing unit to a newer GE high output unit because the one I had just wasn't pushing out enough cool air and that it would be cheaper than a custom install.
