I never got to have them come out, called them to come take a look at my camper and was just forgotten about, called back and they said they would call me back over 2 weeks later I still havent gotten a call back so really they get a 1 star review in my book and wont ever expect a call from me just like the 1 star review from 5 years ago they dont care about the little jobs they only care about ac and refrigerators

Responded quick to my call and helped by replacing our air conditioners in our RV.

Great guys, very knowledgeable, and professional. Replaced my main AC unit and added a second custom unit to the bedroom with its own power source to the 120V/20A plug on the power pole. No added strain to my 30A system and they even tied into my duct work. Friendly, fast, fair, and they come to you! I will always use New World for any of my RV service needs.

I have never used any RV service except New World RV Service. I called them out to check my roof and seal it...but best of all I got 2 brand new GE AC's and my RV now stays cold in Southeat Texas. I absolutely cannot believe the difference they have made. My air-conditionters now cycle on and off. Best service and purchase ever. Professional service and highly knowledgeable.
