Buyer Beware!! The store is closing down. Initially i had a question by a "closing down sale" sign when I purchase the table, I was reassured by the owner, Danny, that it was merely a sales strategy to promote his product, he is not actual closing down the store. He promised that I could easily exchange the dining table if its color didn't meet my expectations upon setup. Definitely recommend New world furniture! Had a great experience as soon as we entered the business Danny made us feel so very welcome. He's a great guy and his crew that delivered our bed 2 thumbs up they work fast and also were very polite 5 stars. They Definitely take care of their customers!
My family had a horrible experience with this place. We paid around $3K for a damaged furniture and requested Danny to change this. After going back and forth with this guy, he finally agreed to change the damaged furniture but took him 3 months to bring in the new order to our house that had the wrong color!! He acted like he doesn’t know and now he wants more money!! This business is crooked. Please be aware.
