I received a new screen enclosure nearly a year ago and gave a glowing thumbtack review because the screen enclosure is wonderful. When I had the screen enclosure installed, I also had NWE to replace the screens on all 5 of my windows. There were some issues with the enclosure's threshold and John was very responsive when contacted and came out twice to mediate any issues. The window screens is the reason for this poor review. The staff at New World Enclosures are awesome! As soon as we met Raphael for the initial consultation, we knew we were in good hands. John arrived early and installed our lanai enclosure with efficiency. He is a consummate professional and his workmanship is top notch. I will be recommending this company to everyone that I know.
