If you ever want to see your car again please do not bring it here. Campos held our car hostage for five weeks after continuing to stall repairs. He said it would be ready, we come to pick up the car and he says “tomorrow.” No apology, no legitimate explanation. His associates were equally unprofessional. They got my car on 08/30/2024. They still have not completed the repairs. They are avoiding my calls and texts. They are rude and have terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
WORST BODY SHOP EVER! Poor communication, poor customer service, slow turnaround, and more! Run!
I would only use this shop if you have no other option and your car has surface level damage. He did repairs of scratches on 2 vehicles for me. It was a positive experience. If you need serious body work or have an insurance claim DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP. Let me say it again, DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP FOR BODY WORK OR INSURANCE CLAIMS! He has had our car for 3 WEEKS! He does not answer the phone, and he is dodging our calls.

Every time I got into an accident/fender bender or any other car issue he’s been there to take care of me in a timely manner. His work is spot on, and the price is Always Right!!!
