Super knowledgeable and trustworthy
Mike is great! I’m always nervous to go to mechanics for fear of being ripped off or taken advantage of because I’m a college student who knows nothing about cars, but he’s always incredibly fair and does repairs in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!!!
100 stars!! Honest, fair pricing, takes the time to explain things and answer questions without ever being condescending or rude like many of these so called "professionals" nowadays. Don't need a second opinion when it comes to NWA. For once in my life am not afraid to go for repairs and be taken advantage of. Thanks Mike!!!
Mike is an awesome mechanic. He is easy to understand and clear when explaining the car's problem - and fair. He even suggested options for us to take care of ourselves that saved us money
