I had the most disappointing experience here. I got my lashes done for my birthday and, unfortunately, they didn’t even last a week. I followed the aftercare instructions carefully and made sure I was taking proper care of them, so I was extremely disappointed with how quickly they started falling out. I called with some questions about their services, Shonda answered and was so delightful. She was so kind and patient, answered all my questions and really went above and beyond. As a potential new client, that first experience really sets up the brand image well. GREAT GREAT customer service

A big shoutout to Jessica for always going above and beyond with my eyelash extentions. Very kind, makes you feel comfortable, and time efficient. I receive so much positive feedbacks from family, friends, and coworkers everytike I get them done. I have been going to her for over 4 years and always received the best service. Ripoff…6 days ago I had a set of lashes put on that last for 2 weeks for 170.00 and I’ve used a cleansing cloth to avoid my eyes the last 6 days, Day 3 lashes were in the bathroom sink leaving a gap in 3 places. Today 9-23-25. I stopped in to see if they had a different type of lash I could try they said no but after 3 days it cost 65.00 to fix.
