I had the most disappointing experience here. I got my lashes done for my birthday and, unfortunately, they didn’t even last a week. I followed the aftercare instructions carefully and made sure I was taking proper care of them, so I was extremely disappointed with how quickly they started falling out. The application itself was also uncomfortable and painful, and my lashes were going in completely different directions from the beginning. By the second day, they were already falling out noticeably. I called with some questions about their services, Shonda answered and was so delightful. She was so kind and patient, answered all my questions and really went above and beyond. As a potential new client, that first experience really sets up the brand image well. GREAT GREAT customer service
A big shoutout to Jessica for always going above and beyond with my eyelash extentions. Very kind, makes you feel comfortable, and time efficient. I receive so much positive feedbacks from family, friends, and coworkers everytike I get them done. I have been going to her for over 4 years and always received the best service. Recommend her 10/10
