I've been going to New Windsor Pharmacy for over 20 years. The service is exceptional. The staff is friendly and Joe, the owner, is very knowledgeable.
My mom started out as their customer. After witnessing the friendly and personalized service, I transferred my prescriptions to their pharmacy. The entire staff is friendly and they great every customer by name. I have referred friends, especially when they were having problems with other pharmacy's in the area being able to fill their prescriptions. This pharmacy is top tier!

Very disappointing experience. The service felt careless, slow, and unprofessional, with little respect for customers or clear communication. It did not leave any sense of trust or reliability. Lately, I’ve also been hearing unsettling comments about the personal side behind the place — nothing I can confirm myself, but enough to make me choose not to return. Significant improvement is needed, both in service and in overall conduct.
