This is one of a very few Mom & Pop style businesses still in existence and I'm very happy.You get a warm caring vibe from the staff,xxSomething you don't get from corporate pharmacies.I will contine to patronize this place.I highly reccomend this business to anyone looking for a great pharmacy
New Windsor Pharmacy used to be one of the best personal caring pharmacies around. My whole family used New Windsor Pharmacy for years. In the last couple of years I have had to many problems and excuse with them. As of October 24, 2025 I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere.
Associate was unable to provide polite customer service when simple questions were asked. When associate was asked a follow up question, I was told to go to a different pharmacy.
My husband and I have been going to this small local pharmacy for years and have had no issues until recently when Joseph stopped working and a different pharmacist took over. This other pharmacist (Harry) is terrible. He has zero respect for his customers or his staff. He is especially awful towards women. His billing practices are really, really bad if not fraudulent.
