Avoid this place at all costs they are all unprofessional with nasty attitudes starting with the doctor herself. I took my son 4 weeks ago to get his eyes examined and I decided to purchase my glasses elsewhere. They were so upset that I did not buy the glasses from them that they decided to not change the information and confirm that I did not buy glasses from them. I love the doctors but the service sucks. I payed for my son glasses and was given a hard time to pick them up. The website says they are open weekend. They are NOT and they close at 5. I asked if they could leave it in the front at the pediatrics office was told no. For glasses there I already paid for. Was told to leave work early. I can't just afford to leave work early. I will be finding another eye doctor.

Kind of taken back. Great visit the doctor was very educated and explained everything well. When glasses were received I asked for a visit so my daughter can try them on in the office and the doctor can check if they fit properly and if she can see better with them and was told she has the wear them for 3 months before a re-check. I had a horrible experience with a local office and Dr. Helgeson and Tara were just absolutely amazing! They are always pleasant and Dr. Helgeson impressed me greatly. I would reccomend her highly.
