Easily New Windsors worst place of business. The staff to the eyecare center is always so contentious. They are rash, abrasive and aggressive. They make up "policy" on the spot to dance around and decide on the service they wish to provide on any given day, which is very inconsistent and inconvenient at its best. DO NOT SEE THE OPTOMETRIST HERE!! The white receptionist with the curly hair who works for the optometrist is so rude! I had an appointment today, checked in, and gave her my paper work. She took my glasses to check the prescription and then called me back. I am an adult female who was accompanied to the appointment with my mother and apparently this was a problem with the receptionist, who told me that since I’m an adult, I can’t have anyone back there with me. Avoid this place at all costs they are all unprofessional with nasty attitudes starting with the doctor herself. I took my son 4 weeks ago to get his eyes examined and I decided to purchase my glasses elsewhere. They were so upset that I did not buy the glasses from them that they decided to not change the information and confirm that I did not buy glasses from them. I love the doctors but the service sucks. I payed for my son glasses and was given a hard time to pick them up. The website says they are open weekend. They are NOT and they close at 5. I asked if they could leave it in the front at the pediatrics office was told no. For glasses there I already paid for. Was told to leave work early. I can't just afford to leave work early. I will be finding another eye doctor.
