I scheduled an appointment for me and my son weeks ago, paying cash out-of-pocket since they don’t take my insurance. While I was out of the country for work and unable to confirm via their excessive texts, they canceled my appointment, claiming they needed to prioritize other patients before the holiday. This practice has been bought out by a different dentist. Would not recommend them to anybody. Cancel the appointment then they charged me because they said I didn't cancel it. Not very professional on their behalf. Was the worst experience? I ever had in dentist office and would never recommend that office to anybody. I have been going there ever since Dr Carpenter own it.You think they would want to keep the clients.

I also had been a patient of Dr Carpenter and I highly recommend Dr. Constantina she is professional, compassionate, and an amazing dentist. You will not be disappointed. The staff is also amazing and make you feel very comfortable

I went for a quarterly cleaning. I didn't have to wait, as the appointment was right on time. The hygienist was very competent and pleasant.
