From the moment you get "the call", til the moment you pick up your "baby", the service at NWC is extremely professional. They walk you through the full process, deal with insurance directly, making sure all items are included. If your vehicle isn't showroom ready, it doesn't get released. Andy is amazing! My daughter’s car is beyond perfect, almost better than the day we got it off the lot. He made sure the insurance company understood all the issues, kept us informed on the progress and would not sign off until the car was to his standard. I 100% recommend using New Windsor Collision!
