Andy and Rich have been fixing my vehicles for years. There is no one better. They always handle everything with the insurance company for me and the car always comes back looking better than before.
Being a woman navigating the automotive world can be a tad frightening, but Andy At NWCC was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all of possible outcomes: total loss, salvage, safety repair vs unsafe repair and worked with my insurance company to get the job done right. The work was wonderful couldn’t tell that most of my passenger side had been replaced. I am so grateful for this experience!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!!

Best body shop around. Understanding, knowledgeable and professional. Andy is easy to deal with and will explain the process of your repair in detail. You get your car back and it's like the accident never happened. You can't find a better place.
From the moment you get "the call", til the moment you pick up your "baby", the service at NWC is extremely professional. They walk you through the full process, deal with insurance directly, making sure all items are included. If your vehicle isn't showroom ready, it doesn't get released. Richard and Andy have decades of experience and you will never go wrong. They are the only body shop I use or recommend !
