New Pro did a full window replacement on our split level and the result is exactly what we wanted. The new windows are double hung with the grids between the glass so they have that traditional look but operate way better than what was there before. They tilt in for cleaning which is huge for the second floor ones. Everything locks tight, no rattle when the wind picks up, and the trim work outside looks like it was always meant to be there.
Had New Pro do a full window replacement on our 1970s ranch, twenty-two openings including a big picture window in the living room and a bay in the dining area. The bay was the one I was most worried about because it had some sag and they had to deal with reframing the support underneath.
