Excelente sitio para que arreglen tu carro, nos estrellaron nuestra honda CRV, la llevamos a este lugar y fue lo mejor que pudimos hacer,en realidad nos la entregaron como recién salida del consecionario, la atención por parte del encargado fue muy buena,además de eso,nos dieron dinero como compensación por qué se demoraron unos días de más para la entrega, apesar que el el inglés no es mi idioma principal siempre trataron de ayudarnos en todos los aspectos, de verdad volvería a este sitio si lo requiero nuevamente a futuro.
Went in for an oil change. everything went well, so it seemed. after a few days I noticed a lot of oil just leaking from the car. the mechanic didn't even tighten the drain plug at all. damn plug nearly fell out before I even touched it. had to refill oil into my car and tighten the plug myself.
I have been going to New Win for over a year now for various car repair needs. Just this week I had a catalytic converter stolen and my immediate impulse was to have New Win take care of it. David is the main contact and he has always handled everything so adeptly and flawlessly. He was able to order the original part for my Prius within a day and track down a o2 sensor that was damaged during the theft. Very bad experience with this shop. Workmanship is not good. OVERPRICED at the same time. BAD JOB AVOID!!!!!
