I had a great experience at this medical center. The staff was very friendly and professional, and everything was well-organized. The only issue was with the P2 parking, which is designated for patient companions. It only allows booking for up to 2.5 hours, which seemed a bit unusual. If you're visiting, make sure to plan ahead to avoid parking issues. Other than that, everything was smooth and efficient.
Six days ago, I wrote a review about my first ever Colonoscopy experience at this centre, true to their response, the Nurse Manager, Liza Puzon, reached out to me to discuss my experience. While I do appreciate this move, her response to 2 of my issues still threw me off. I had a knee surgery at New West surgical centre and it was a great experience. The doctors and the nurses were very nice/polite as well as informative. The nurses did a great job of checking in after the surgery to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.
What a great place. The doctors, nurses and staff could not have treated me better.. I really appreciate how they took care of me. Thank you.
If I could leave more stars I would. I am most appreciative of the pre and post surgical care I received. Both the staff and doctors are top notch.
