I had a great experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The nurses were all fantastic, especially Robert, who kept cracking jokes and making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Taryn was also incredibly caring and attentive, which really put me at ease. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible.
My first surgery ever was a bunion correction surgery by Dr. Lauren Robert’s and I'm beyond happy with the care Dr. Robert’s has for her patients and their needs, the whole team of nurses were amazing to me, was definitely starting to get a little nervous when I was about to be sedated and the nurse definitely picked up on that and tried her best to keep my mind busy with some fun silly questions. I am very appreciative of the care I received from my pre op with Dr. Robert’s up to my discharge.
My brother had his procedure done at this clinic. I am so surprised he was scheduled so soon given overall general wait times with our healthcare system. The healthcare system is already strained with limited resources, funding, etc.; however, I wanted to say how appreciative I am of all the staff here. I had an excellent and positive with all the personnel at the surgical centre. Big thanks for Nancy, Luda, Jonas, Shannon, Dr Leith and the rest of staff I talked with. I am writing this review just a few hours after I left so I can't remember all the names. All were very detailed and told me all the steps that were going to happen as well as all the other staff members I would talk with later. They always encourage you to ask questions. Nothing was missed. Would highly recommend. For reference I went for ACL surgery.
