I had a very pleasant experience at this location today! Came with my little one to get him vaccinated. Appointment time 11.40am. The receptionist was professional and polite, the waiting area is perfect, my boy had a blast playing while waiting. The nurse that gave him the vaccine was excellent, gave me all the info, was professional and playfull with my son and for the fist time he didn't cry. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! We were done by 11am!
The staff was friendly and professional, and my kid got the shot pretty quickly.
The custumer service of this office is so so bad .when i call them (Oct.13,2023 around 2-3pm),they transfered me to someone , and the receiver put me on hold for so long until you i got frustrated and then I turned off my phone. I called 2x but the same thing happened ,they don't have good customer service at all and the Frazer Health authority should do something about this.
Awesome staff & receptionist. Very responsive. I had been to guildford public health too and they were so pathetic. But coming to New West was a great experience.
