One star does not even relate to the experience I had. By far the worst clinic in BC. Staff are absolutely so rude and can’t speak clearly, I had a horrible time over the phone and I think the appointment booking needs to be changed immediately as I kept being transferred and no one was answering my questions clearly. Every time I asked a questions I was transferred to booking then transferred back to reception. I was literally on the phone for 5-10 minutes being transferred. They could be more gentle vaccinating babies. They are so rough, it’s like they are vaccinating a horse. Not even I have been vaccinated in such manner. Although Public Health is the closest to my home I from now on will vaccinate my child at my FD clinic.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location today! Came with my little one to get him vaccinated. Appointment time 11.40am. The receptionist was professional and polite, the waiting area is perfect, my boy had a blast playing while waiting. The nurse that gave him the vaccine was excellent, gave me all the info, was professional and playfull with my son and for the fist time he didn't cry. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! We were done by 11am!
