Was having foot issues getting worse over a few month and wanted to explore orthotics and understand my foot structure better. Excellent diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr Milne is great. He took the time to explain and answer any questions I had about both treatment and suggested training regiment to correct the issue. I Saw huge improvement in 3 visits over a few weeks with some suggested stretches and drills. I left with orthotics and a new daily routine to keep the issue under control.
