Arrogant and sleazy… they prey on people who are desperate to sell. Worse than the regular “we buy houses” group! They stalk sites looking to low-ball legitimate sellers and try to make you think you’re crazy for asking a reasonable price for your home. A bunch of 20-somethings looking to a get rich quick…it’s ugly out there!
Highly recommend working with NW in DFW, not just as a buyer to find great deals but as an investment company as well. We have closed several transactions with Chance Green who is a rockstar. Has been able to connect us with buyers we wouldn't have been able to find on our own and is extremely professional throughout the entire process. Very transparent and ethical. We worked with Luke Hendrik on a deal, I was skeptical… had bad experience with the company as a whole in the past. I gave Luke a shot, and with in 24 hrs; on a Sunday… we got good news. And Monday morning we were set for closing. If you’re looking for speed and efficiency. Luke is your guy!
So my wife entered a contract with this company yesterday. Contract delivered by New Western and signed by buyer. Then representative texts a states that the company wants another 2k. Buyer demands refund because now New Western has broken their original agreement. Been waiting on the 10k deposit that was due back yesterday evening. Its 3pm the following day and no wire still. #TAG#
