People working at New West Physician they all are very professional. Customer service is great. All questions made all are answered. Waiting room is very clean. Service is fast. Almost no Waiting time. I have been going to New West Physician years and I have seen changes and this last one is the best one Thank New West Physician for your service.

In the last year I've noticed a nice change. The front desk staff has been more helpful, patient and courteous to patients. Also more communicative on wait times or issues. And Dr Ryan Muehling is very kind, detailed with questions and answers.
New West used to be wonderful. From front desk to doctors and it seems like they’re all miserable these days. They expect you to show up 15 minutes early to a scheduled appt for “check in” and then the doctor is running late. Check in takes 2 minutes tops and if I could be there earlier, I would schedule earlier. In general this practice has really changed and is less hospitable.
