The doctor visit itself was good—scheduling was easy, the office was clean, and both the staff and doctor were polite and professional. However, the billing process was extremely frustrating. I was told the visit would cost $125 as a self-pay patient, and I signed paperwork confirming that. Days later, I received a bill for over $500 with no clear explanation. Neither the billing department nor the office could take responsibility or clarify the charges. I feel misled and very disappointed by the lack of transparency.

Until recently I have had nothing but good experiences here with Laura Walls, PA. Since she has moved, I set up a visit with Sam Zarins, PA and I cannot say enough negative things about her. I came to her with PMDD concerns which she blamed solely on anxiety/depression, insinuated I may hurt myself (my depression has been under control for years), and made me feel like all of my concerns were in my head. horrible customer service. I had been going to them for a few years now and I needed my prescription refilled and they kept denying it because they said I hadn’t been in for an appointment in a year. Which I didn’t know I couldn’t get my prescription filled, If I hadn’t been there in a year… NO ONE ever communicated that with me. as a health care provider, if they see that a patient needs an appointment or follow up or whatever it may be for their next refill, they should be reaching out to me to get something scheduled. tha... read more

I’m not someone who generally leaves reviews, but like many of the other commenters- I agree this place has gone down hill significantly. Which is a real shame. I saw Laura Walls here for many years and was very happy with my overall care until a few months ago. I had routine blood work and was told to come back in another month or two to take another sample to assess any changes in health.
