Office staff is unbelievably rude!! I've been going to this doctors office for years and until the last year have never had a reason to complain but to leave someone on hold for 15 minutes and to hang up on them because they won't cow toe to a receptionist is insane! Not to mention you can't even get in to the doctor for a month for basic exams and when you call to make an "emergency appt" you get told they can't help you for 2 weeks. They Yell at New Patients – We moved to the area recently and need to find new doctors. I was in a car accident on Tuesday so I need to find one quickly. I had an appointment with New West and was running late because my daughter locked herself in the car at Whole Foods down the street. I arrived and asked if they would still see me.
