Jen, the receptionist is by far the best in customer service that I’ve experienced in the Denver Metro area. She was bright and lovely even at 7am! She treats everyone that walks in the door with kindness. We love Jen and this Dr.s office!!
As Tyra Banks once said "It is so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a one.“ I’ve seen quite a few different providers with this office but this last experience has been by far the worst medical appointment I’ve ever had. I have yet to see the same PA more than once as there is such a high turnover rate. I should have taken that as a sign. My most recent appointment was for a yearly physical with Melissa Shockey, NP. I have been seeing Dr. Cannarozzi for 4 years. She always takes the time to listen and is very competent. I trust her with my health needs. The office is well run and all the staff are pleasant to deal with. I like that they now use Epic for one's health records.
Office staff not so great. Emily Hemler is great.
