Very poor experience. The PA felt that the appointment needed to be rushed and I spent less than 10 minutes talking with him despite the fact that I had several questions and concerns about potential side effect of the medication. Additionally, I was never given guidance on how to administer the medication given that I needed a needle and syringe and was later told to watch a YouTube video on how to administer it. **Edit: still a one star because you can’t actually talk to a physician. Waited 6 days for a response about a medication refill. Yes an early refill because I lost my medication. I find it hard to believe I am the only person who has lost a medication. I messaged several times a day for four days and received zero responses. In what other profession can you ignore someone for days? If I did this at my job I would not have a job. I’ve never had a worse experience than I have at this practice. Staff was very rude. Except the nurse she was very nice. The lady doing the blood draw could not fine what was needed. She was being barrowed. No one would come and help her. I was to be called Friday for her to let le know it was found. Still waiting. Now I can't log into get my lab results. Never had these problems at you Lakewood Cole st locationsm which you closed. It wasn't broken. Second time to this location. Second time with problems.

Awful, truly awful. You schedule your annual check-up many months in advance, glad just to get an open slot. And then they cancel your appointment with little to no communication ("patient bumped" - presumably to make way for a preferred patient). No attempt whatsoever to reschedule, no ability to reply or do anything. Calls are pointless. Message is "we don't care much about you and are cutting you loose." We all know health care is bad, but this place makes an effort to go beyond bad.
