horrible customer service! they are evidently not terribly interested in selling medical supplies since we didn't know that the ordering process had changed and we didn't get new supplies in a year! not once did they check in on us and when I explained that their new procedures email got lost in the mix because we were inundated with emails from them, the manager all but called me a liar and said I needed to proove that to them. it also took two weeks to get a mask from Redding to Chico after all of this nonsense. so I found... read more
