I had an IPL treatment today, and my laser technician, Luba, was amazing! She was professional, friendly and knowledgable. This was my first IPL treatment, and she made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. She explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. Thanks to her care and attention, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Luba for anyone looking for IPL or other skincare treatments.
