avoid furniture store – I bought at couch from New West furniture on 8/25/09. We specificially stated the couch should have firm cushions. The couch arrived on 9/26 and when I tried out the couch the two end cushions were softer than the middle one. I called Anthony the next day on 9/27 and he said to flip the cushions. This didn't help at all. He said he would call the factory and get back to me the next day. He never called so I had to call him on 9/29, and nothing was accomplished then because he said it was his day off. ... read more
