The doctor’s office is great, but I think the reception staff should keep their voices down a little. Patients probably don’t need the inside scoop on Snapchat stories or upcoming Aritzia sales while they wait.
I've been going there for the last 5 years for my eye health. The staff are always nice and polite. Very busy office that is very well run and they treat everyone with dignity in person and over the phone. Great place!
I would like to share the story of my cataract surgery, my positive experience to the surgery. It was all wonderful and I highly recommended! Went and saw Dr. Butler, after having some steroid medication side effects that affected my eyes. I've never seen an Ophtamologyst before, so I didn't know what to expect. The receptionist got me checked in quickly, waited a bit for my turn, and two different assistants did some eye scans and tests prior to Dr. Butler seeing me. The entire experience was pleasant and interesting, and everyone was very nice.
I cannot thank Dr. Myra Butler enough for her excellent care when I needed an emergency surgical procedure late at night. Not only was she extremely skilled, but she also reassured me and kept me informed of her progress throughout. The outcome could not have been better and I'm so glad to have encountered a wonderful doctor like her!
