Went and saw Dr. Butler, after having some steroid medication side effects that affected my eyes. I've never seen an Ophtamologyst before, so I didn't know what to expect. The receptionist got me checked in quickly, waited a bit for my turn, and two different assistants did some eye scans and tests prior to Dr. Butler seeing me. The entire experience was pleasant and interesting, and everyone was very nice.
I cannot thank Dr. Myra Butler enough for her excellent care when I needed an emergency surgical procedure late at night. Not only was she extremely skilled, but she also reassured me and kept me informed of her progress throughout. The outcome could not have been better and I'm so glad to have encountered a wonderful doctor like her!
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with the front desk staff (lady) at the clinic that left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. When I reached out to book an appointment with a doctor I’ve been seeing for years, the front desk staff member’s rudeness was shocking. She basically wouldn't book the appointment! After an emergency room visit, I was seen immediately.The entire staff group that attended to me that day, were professional, efficient, and compassionate. Over a series of treatment, and appointments, I was fixed up well beyond my expectations, and on every visit I received exemplary care. Dr's. Raj and MacKenzie went way above and beyond, to help me, and I don't know how to thank them. I would give this clinic a 10 star rating.
