This was our first experience at a Denturist and didn’t quite know what to expect. My mom is 90 years old and was getting a partial denture.Quan Was so caring ,gentle and very good at how her explaining of what was gonna happen .Quan Made going there so comfortable and not stressful. The girls at the front counter were also so lovely and would make you feel in a good mood after stepping And into the office! Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable
I had such a wonderful experience here struggling financially, and in desperate need of partial plates to be created they worked with my budget. They treated me with such kindness and compassion and listen to my story which is my opinion what customer service dismissing these days they were friendly and wonderful and they were craftsmanship was on point thank you for Dentures and the great experience I would write them 10 out of 10. I am a first time denture wearer and I can't believe how comfortable my dentures are. Ms. Gifford is very professional and detail oriented, making sure to get the fit just right. I recommend New West Dentureworks to anyone needing dentures.
The denturist here is super nice and very professional. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. She fixed my mom's denture that was really bothering her and made it more comfortable. My mom's next set of dentures will definitely be done by Dr Quan.
