All I can say is wow. The therapist I had for my foster daughter was great but the office lady and so called manager Patty is terrible. She wrongfully billed me and sent me to collections. When I called to try and get this resolved she REFUSED to help me and hung up on me. Of course when I called to speak with her superior she told me she was the manager. Not sure how this place stays in business with her being the first to talk with clients. Just because of her, I would not recommend.

Rating is -100. The worst place to get counseling. The poor counselors that have to work there are brow beaten by Patty everyday. The office staff are horrible and abusive. Patty Howard/Patricia Fenske is a fraud. Look her up on WI CCAP She has more records than I have hairs on my head. He owner is Diane Moga-Roach and no one is every allowed to talk to her. Her number 920-574-8789. This place should be closed down by DHFS. I can't believe it's still open.

My therapist is amazing, but the receptionist is terrible. Patty, the receptionist, is rude to customers both in the office and on the phone. Elizabeth Steffel, MSW, APSW is the first therapist who has actually been able to help me work through my issues of trauma and anxiety. If the therapy was not going so well I would leave the company because just being around Patty increases my anxiety. I guess, on the plus side, the receptionist is like a free exposure treatment. Made an appointment for a aoda assessment and was seen right away. When i asked for a release i was told they do not have an aoda counselor on staff. why was i lied to. A waste of time and money.

Did this counselor answer all of your questions? Some were answered Were the waiting rooms private? Kind of, but I wish they had been more private Did this counselor allow you to speak without interruption? Yes Does this work counselor promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was the background music pleasant while you were in the waiting room? Mostly

I had referred 10-12 people over the years and had been so happy with James Kirsch however now I have had the most miserable experience. I was calling about a billing issue on behalf of my daughter and was treated in the most disrespectfully manner. I would NEVER again send anyone to NEW Wellness. Patty was so unprofessional and rude and even hung up on me. When I asked who she answered to she said just her!!!!
