Rip off. Stole my rim.
My son took his car to New Ways Automotive to have his clutch and fly wheel replaced . Jim was helpful and my son was told it would take about a day to do. My son called the next day to follow up on his car and was told …."Oh it will be done tomorrow" Well, needless to say this went on for about a week!! When my son was called and told his car was ready he went to the shop and paid $1245 for the job. Went to start his car and it wouldn't start! The owner is very reluctant to provide written estimates, and acts very belligerently when pressed for one. Verbal estimates mysteriously increase, and there's always an excuse for why the work is taking far longer than anticipated. Promises to call at certain dates/times never come through. In the end, the work wasn't complete after several months and we had to pay to remove the car from the premises.
