I was truly impressed with New Way Upholstery. Not only with the exquisite workmanship but Bobby was incredible! There was a mis-communication regarding what I wanted and what I got. When I told Bobby that I was not happy his reaction was to immediately apologize and insist that he will fix it! He didn’t try to explain how it was my fault for the mis-communication, even though it may have been, he cheerfully corrected the issue. 5 stars, and then some. I had a good well made couch and chair but cats ruined the upholstery. With the cats gone, I found some material online and got Bobby to recover them. He did an amazing job - the fabric matching was so good - a true artistic touch. And the quality of everything - the piping, the stuffing, the tightness - just perfection. Could not give a higher recommendation. P.S. I found him because of Google reviews. So I'm leaving one to say they work!
I cannot recommend New Way Upholstery enough! Bobby is a true expert and completely revitalized our chair. He was amazing to work with, the quality is impeccable and he really thought of everything. The picture doesn't do it justice. Bobby also kindly made arm and pillow covers that integrated seamlessly with the chair and kept in mind how the covers integrated with the pattern of the overall chair. We are thrilled with the final result!
These guys do excellent work at fair prices and are fantastic to deal with. They deliver exactly what you want, for the price agreed upon, and within the timeframe they set. That’s really all you can ask for in a business. Highly recommend — 5 stars!
Bobby goes above and beyond. We hired New Way to refurbish a couch we were considering getting rid of. The couch looks amazing and New Way handled a very difficult delivery with narrow entry way with professionalism and efficiency. Best upholsterers in the city, highly recommend.
