came here for a pick up and peter was so disrespectful and rude for no reason at all. If you’re responsible for this establishment get someone who knows how to treat your customers. He is the worst !! don’t recommend this place by far

I had a very concerning experience with one of this company's delivery drivers at around 8:00 am on the West Gate Freeway and through the tunnel (heading west). The driver was tailgating me at a distance of roughly half a car length, despite the fact that I was travelling at the posted speed limit using cruise control. I have had two orders delivered now didn't get to pick Logistics company however both times I've had the same driver from New Way Logistics, Amrik is his name, this driver is great tries really hard to please.

The driver claimed they called us before delivery, which is simply not true. When we contacted customer service, the attitude was very poor. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they insisted they had called and even challenged us to check call records. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly recommend others think twice before using this company.

They are holding out goods without authority because there was insufficient space to receive it. Now we want yo pick it up ourselves snd they want $1,500 for doing nothing. They are unprofessional and unreasonable.
