On Tuesday, April 18th at 2:53 p.m. I paid in cash $7.00 for the Blaster Wave automatic wash in the only available bay open at that time. The machine took my money but but did not provide a receipt or audible instructions when to proceed when the bay was empty. I had to drive through when no wash was forthcoming. I have called 3 times and left messages with the recorded message stating my message would be returned "as quickly as possible". I have yet to hear from the management team and they still have my $7.00 in cash ... read more
