We had a serious issue with leaking pipes and a damaged pool jet, and New Wave came in and completely exceeded our expectations. Their team replaced the full line, installed new shut-offs, and the end result is nothing short of a masterpiece. I went into the store to look for bromine solution for my hot tub. After asking a female employee where it was, she replied, "You passed it," and didn't help me locate it. When I then asked if this was the only one for $149, she replied, "That's what it says." I don't understand how people who are willing to spend their money to support a business can be treated with such rudeness and obnoxious behavior. Good luck staying in business with that attitude!

Cathy and her staff are so very knowledgeable - my hot tub will never be the same. They have solutions to any issues I bring them and they are 100% spot on with all advice !
Had my pool installed back in 2004 with New Wave, they are always there to support and provide great advice. Just a few weeks ago had a safety cover installed. Again, very professional, quick, and scheduling was seamless. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking to get a new pool, or wanting to change your pool shop.
