Great company and they know exactly how to look after your system. The staff that comes to your house for maintenance and repair is awesome, very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly

We had a serious issue with leaking pipes and a damaged pool jet, and New Wave came in and completely exceeded our expectations. Their team replaced the full line, installed new shut-offs, and the end result is nothing short of a masterpiece. I went into the store to look for bromine solution for my hot tub. After asking a female employee where it was, she replied, "You passed it," and didn't help me locate it. When I then asked if this was the only one for $149, she replied, "That's what it says." I don't understand how people who are willing to spend their money to support a business can be treated with such rudeness and obnoxious behavior. Good luck staying in business with that attitude!
