Rude and unhelpful. Walked in an asked for filters, even had filters and wallet in hand. Older gentleman was mean as could be. Decided to use Amazon instead.

I bought a used spa almost two years ago from a friend. Knew nothing about spas and went to New Wave. He has spent more time talking me out of thing than selling me things. Before selling me anything he walked me through the steps to make sure the spa worked. Has been a great source of info and he does tell me I need something - I buy it!! Talked me out of several things he had for sale, and then explained why I did not need it - VERY trustworthy!
John and his folks are just the best. My spa was in pretty bad shape when I first bought my house. New Wave came out, gave it a good once over, cleaned everything, and gave me a hands on course in how to maintain it. That was a couple of years back. Recently, I had a pump fail. Once again, they were out right away and had me back in business in no time. Great company and great people. I’m glad they’re here.
