The New Wave Pool team provided a fantastic design for our pool. They listened to my wish list and exceeded my expectations. The entire team is skilled and helpful and they delivered a fantastic end product. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend New Wave!
Excellent people dedicated to customer satisfaction and perfection in building and servicing pools.
They built our pool over 10 years ago and have serviced our pool weekly during the summer season. Always have provided great and friendly service. Also have responded quickly when we've had an issue or needed repairs.
Service is 5-stars. Juan is fantastic and very responsive. Cost is 3-stars as the “gas-surcharge” of $12 on every visit (for Lincoln) seems a bit excessive (in addition to the hourly fees). Definitely not inexpensive, but we have been happy with the service. It would be nice if they utilized technology to pay online instead of sending a check.
