This company is the best hands down, the owner Freddie is very good at what he does. The pool looks beautiful and no problems at all. Highly recommend.

One of the Worst company to build pools with. We had Problems from start to finish. Pool cracked and company never repaired and still having issues with repair and paying out of pocket. Owner does not back up warranty. Zero stars would be given of possible.

Horrible experience! Do not waste your money with this company. 8 months still waiting for the salt water system. No final touches have been made. The plaster was placed and it is all over the tile . The owner is unprofessional.

I recently had a fantastic experience with New Wave Pool and Spas. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and seamless. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all of my needs and preferences. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident in every aspect of the construction process. Zero stars!!!! Worst company ever done business with. Spent $75,000 and didn't get what I wanted. Wrong depth and missing lights, 2 months longer than was promised. Workers were nice but owner Freddy, terrible. No communication, says we'll be there and never shows. Promised to do extra stuff to make up for mistakes and never came back. Spend a little more and do your research to get a real professional.
