My wife and I went there to get our water tested and they were extremely approachable and kind. They even had more than just spin lab testing. They also test with Taylor Reagents ( droplet testing) which impressed us greatly. We were very happy they used two methods of testing to ensure our water test results were accurate. We truly feel our water tests results were more accurate than what the competition in town provides. Thanks again!
I’ve been dealing with them for a few years now and will continue to for many more. They always recommend exactly what you need for your pool without trying to upsell you on unnecessary extras. Nothing but the best service every time!
☀️ Mon eau de piscine était tellement embrouillée et grisâtre qu’on aurait dit une soupe douteuse… pas très invitant pour la baignade (quoique pas dangeureuse) ! Je suis donc allée chez New Wave Pool, où la propriétaire, un peu magicienne sur les bords, m’a guidée vers les bons produits. 🪄 Résultat : fini le bouillon mystérieux, mon eau est maintenant claire, bleue… et digne d’une publicité de vacances !
After a terrible experience with another pool store, I was so relieved to find New Wave Pools. The difference was night and day! The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The crew that worked on my pool was polite, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with the work being done. I truly appreciate the level of care and customer service—highly recommend New Wave Pools!
