I received excellent service from "New Wave Pool" owners and staff. Even if it was the busiest time of the season, they found the time in their busy schedule to come several times to my place, since I had problem with my salt system. The had to replace my salt system to Hayward, replace the sand in my sand container and finally they had to change my vinyl pool cover. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with the work being done. Thank you again for making it possible for me to enjoy my pool.

Amazing service at New Wave Pools. We just bought a house that had a pool installed by New Wave, and they walked us through everything we needed to know about opening and maintaining our pool. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I 100% would recommend their services.
Toujours un excellent service, en français, avec un équipe hors pair pour l’installation. J’y vais aussi régulièrement pour l’analyse d’eau.
My wife and I went there to get our water tested and they were extremely approachable and kind. They even had more than just spin lab testing. They also test with Taylor Reagents ( droplet testing) which impressed us greatly. We were very happy they used two methods of testing to ensure our water test results were accurate. We truly feel our water tests results were more accurate than what the competition in town provides. Thanks again!
