Disappointed New Wave had closed my pool for the past three seasons. I also purchased most of my pool supplies there. Last Winter, I called New Wave when I observed the water was dropping in my pool. We had an appointment, but it rained that day. I called to reschedule. They did not call me back. Last Winter was rough and I did expect anyone to come until the Spring and when I opened the pool this year, I noted the pool water dropped about four feet.
