First impression was a good one. We were constantly in contact and things seemed OK. Did an initial phone screening, went for an in person interview where the hiring manager and I hit it off pretty well. Called the agent after and he told me I was hired and once I got fingerprinted and completed tax documents I'd get a start date. Gave them all my personal info, filled out tax documents to start and was fingerprinted..... but they never responded with a start date. My recruiter was not aware I had interviewed and there was no follow up. My recruiter was not aware of my start date or the day I actually started. I was to be contacted prior to my start date to verify my identity and how to fill out my time sheet. No one contacted me until I brought it to their intention. I was required to provide proof of employment with contacts which I did. NWP was not able to verify employment.
