I called and booked a last minute appointment with this team, they not only did they answer the phone only saying "hello" they never informed me that they moved locations, so I drove to their crossfield location. They have moved to calgary. Keep this in mind when booking, as their address is not updated in Google & they were not forth coming with any information about this "more" recent move.
I used to think these guys were great. Got a nice pair of glasses for a reasonable price, one of the arms broke after about a year, they were nice and gave me a new set of frames. Fast forward a year and broke another arm. I have called and left 3 messages, no call back, tried calling several times and no answer, called from a different phone and finally got ahold of the owner, he told me to text a photo, to which I did, he even answered me back so I know that he received them.
