Doesn’t even deserve one star. Took over two hours to do a gel manicure and pedicure that costed $82. They charge extra to take off gel polish and charged me full price for gel polish removal despite only having gel on TWO NAILS THAT WERE CHIPPED. Horrible experience. While I was in there another lady came in saying she got powder a few days ago and woke up with powder off one nail which they rolled their eyes at her.
