In this day and age, it would take five minutes if that, to " notify" patients that they were shonky and went guts up. None of your patients were worth five minutes.What are you going to do with our personal information given in Doctor / Patient confidence ?
Had my 2nd appointment with new wave to refill a script... paid for my appointment, was told I'd get a script sent to my pharmacy... its been nearly 3 weeks since, multiple attempts at contacting the clinic and still no contact. I have not got my scripts and wasted my money with this appointment. I suggest trying elsewhere
If I could put 0 stars i would. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! No longer in business!!! 2 of the docs left to work elsewhere. Not their fault. Their CEO has a lot to answer for! Was a patient since 2020 and wasn't even informed they had closed! Very unprofessional! Website said permanently closed. Now back open but its a lie!!!
Don't listen to the recent good reviews, this place is shocking. They've gone out of business and didn't bother to tell patients. Not to mention their phone line has been disconnected so you conveniently can't contact them to get your money back. I'm sure I'm not the only one who lost money to them and now has to find a new clinic.
Left in the lurch with scripts running out won't respond to emails and office line busy. Avoid this unprofessional bunch
