The team here are both friendly and helpful! We were having issues with our boat and while I try to DIY, I reached out when the boat was making terrible sounds from the transom (spoiler: the gimbal bearing had exploded) and explained we only get up to the area for about a week a year, so if there was any way to squeeze us in to the week it would be awesome. Just wanted to write a note about the staff and ownership of New Wave. Our boat broke 2 days before the holiday. The technician Mike worked constantly to diagnose what was wrong and went through several steps before figuring out what it eventually was. He explained it thoroughly and advised what the issue was and what was needed for repair. They were able to repair the boat quickly and efficiently so that we can enjoy the rest of our Summer. Highly Recommend for any boating issues.

I recently had my pontoon boat serviced, and new tires installed on the trailer. Excellent service very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this Marina.

After "wasting" a full year trying to sell my boat at a dealer on the other side of the lake, I had New Wave remove the boat from there and list it for sale. Lo and behold it sold before the 2024 boating season even began! Matt, Julia, and Aden were great to deal with. I am so glad I made the decision to entrust the sale of my boat to them and I highly recommend them.
