The worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with. I had a simple question about the cost of the procedure and was told by the woman "we can charge whatever we want, let insurance worry about it". I politely explained I have a deductible and she gave a further attitude. She picked up the phone with a chip on her shoulder and it got progressively worse.
