The New Wave experience was amazing. All of the employees that I worked with me really did an impressive job. Doctor did an exceptional job. He explained everything he was doing. No discomfort and he was FAST. Thumbs up to the New Wave doctors and staff 🫶🫶🫶
Recently had a root canal. Appointment was painless and quick and the staff was so knowledgeable. I was better within 24 hours!
Dr Garrett was the Sugar Honey Ice Tea! I loved the communication and I also appreciate how nice the hygienist was. Even the lady at the front desk was amazing! As far as getting a root canal, the worst part was getting my gums numbed. During the procedure, there were no issues, just like Dr Garrett said. I would highly recommend him. He is the best and it was worth the drive.
Went in for a root canal. They make you feel like a dead beat and force you to pay before rendering services. Assistant was apathetic and the dentist was wired, running in and out of the room probably doing several patients at the same time. Procedure was really fast, in and out in what felt like 30min. Got another bill for $220 a month later. I get that insurance can take some time to work out but forcing you to pay before service then billing you later and the overall unprofessional attitude was a huge turn off.
