I would give 10 out of 10 if I could. They came through in a pinch. Literally were able to start the next day after I called. They were super friendly and professional, helped guide me through the process and kept me updated. Kris and Juan are so good, efficient and professional. They have come to my house to install epoxy on the garage and have now cleaned it twice. They come when they say they will and they get the job done and it’s always spectacular! This last time, construction workers made another mess in the garage and I called New Wave last minute before movers were expected to bring all our belongings 2 days later and they made it happen! It came down to two impressive companies to pick from. Juan & Kris got the job. And did they ever do a great job! They said what they were going to do, showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up any debris. A few days later the floor cured fully and I could park my car on it. The floor looks amazing! We are so pleased with the finished result. And neighbors and some construction workers also commented how nice it looks. Thank you for your professional workmanship!
Kris and Juan are absolute professionals. From start to finish they were extremely helpful, punctual and efficient. Cost was very competitive amongst others. Looking forward to enjoying the finished garage epoxy for many years to come. Also, sorry again for the insulation mishap falling through the ceiling. Y’all still being able to accommodate and work around that mishap is a great example of y’all’s capability. Thanks again.
Solid work by Juan and Kris. They fit us in super last minute and the finished product was outstanding. We've had an epoxy floor installed before and the quality was nowhere near what we received with New Wave. Highly recommend!
